OUR CEO

As the CEO/Executive Director, Jack is directly responsible for providing strategic and visionary leadership to the organization through, leading fundraising efforts, developing and managing the RGS Y staff team, advocating the vision of the RGS Y and being the heart and soul of the operation, establishing a culture of inclusion, integrity, character and life-long learning within the YMCA organization and enhancing programming and driving membership. Jack joined the RGS Y team in September of 2016. His objective is to build caring communities that produce opportunities for life-changing relationships through employing Cause Driven leadership within the YMCA organization. Jack’s education includes. . .

  • Master of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Organizational Management and Leadership, Springfield College, Massachusetts.
  • Graduate studies, Dartmouth College, New Hampshire.
  • Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, Colby Sawyer College, New Hampshire.

Jack Clevesy

KATHY BOOHER

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Kathy started her career at the Y in February of 2012. Before joining the Y team Kathy was the manager of four outpatient psychiatric offices within a three county area. Kathy is currently the Director of Finance at the Richard G. Snyder YMCA Campus. Kathy oversees all financial aspects of day to day operations including but not limited to annual campaign, budget preparation, payroll, payables, receivables and supervises the HR Associate.

BETHANY RIGGLE

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Bethany joined the Richard G. Snyder YMCA team in 2007. Bethany has held many different positions in the Y and is currently the Director of Marketing. As Director of Marketing, Bethany is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all the Richard G.Snyder YMCA marketing strategies, communication processes, and public relation activities in order to advance the Y’s mission. Bethany has an Associates Degree from the University of Valley Forge.

Brad

BRAD GRAHAM

Director of Operations

Brad joined the Richard G. Snyder YMCA part-time as a personal trainer and coach in March of 2017. In January of 2018, he was brought on full-time as the Operations Coordinator. Brad graduated from Washington & Jefferson College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Business & Psychology with a concentration in Human Resource Management. In 2004, he graduated from the American InterContinental University with a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Global Human Resource Management. Brad is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As the Director of Operations, Brad is responsible for developing and directing high-quality program strategies which support branch and association goals and strategies. Brad also supervises, leads, directs, trains, develops and appraises program directors, employees, and volunteers.

BRIA JONES

Program Director of Family & Youth

Bria started her career at the Richard G. Snyder YMCA as the Director of Youth and Family Programming in January of 2019. She graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. Bria oversees all the youth and family programs and activities such as youth sports, the M.A.D. Program, and Summer Day Camp.

MARY ANN LUNDGREN

Program Director of Aquatics

Mary Ann provides leadership, direction and manages all aquatic programming, staffing, and budgeting for the aquatic department. Mary Ann began working at RGS Y in 2013 as a swim team coach, swim lesson instructor & lifeguard. Mary Ann is also a Lifeguard Trainer and Swim Lesson Trainer. In 2015 Mary Ann became the Aquatic Coordinator and in 2016 became the Director of Aquatics.

Hillary

HILLARY BROWN

Program Director of Wellness

Hillary manages the day to day operations of health and wellness programs including personal training, group training, group exercise, healthy living programs, youth conditioning programs, and wellness staff. Hillary teaches multiple group fitness classes and holds certifications in SilverSneakers®, Delay the Disease, Zumba, Barre, BodyCombat, MixxedFit® (she is also a National Trainer for this format) and is a Certified Personal Trainer. Hillary has been an instructor for the RGS Y since 2008 and has been the Director of Wellness since 2013. Hillary holds a degree in Sociology from Westminster College.

Tiger

TIGER DAVIS

Facility Director

Tiger began his career at the RGS Y in 2014.Tiger is responsible for the operations and supervision of Y facilities including basic building maintenance and staff supervision, Tiger is a Certified Pool Operator and is trained in advanced diagnostic & repair for core health  & fitness machines.

Sarah R.

SARAH ROUDEBUSH

Director of Healthy Living Initiatives

Sarah joined the Richard G. Snyder YMCA team as the Healthy Living Coordinator in September 2017. As the Healthy Living Coordinator, she develops, coordinates, and evaluates the healthy living initiatives to best provide service to our community. Sarah graduated from Slippery Rock University in May 2014 with a B.S. in Exercise Science and is a certified Exercise Physiologist. She most recently worked in cardiac rehab at ACMH where she developed exercise prescriptions for cardiac patients and monitored them during their sessions. She is excited to utilize her passion for health and fitness and her educational and work experiences to provide outreach to the Kittanning and surrounding areas.

Jen

JEN COGLEY

Program Director of Membership

Jen graduated from IUP with a Bachelor in Fashion Merchandising and Business Administration. Jen began her career at the Y in March of 2013 at front desk and was promoted to engagement coordinator in February of 2014. In October of 2016 Jen became the Membership Director.

Jen’s responsibilities include managing front desk, child watch, and youth center. Directs all phases of memberships, member engagements/development, sales and retention.

Nadine

NADINE WISE

Senior Program Coordinator

Nadine has been an instructor at the Y since 2014 and has held the position of Senior Program Coordinator since July of 2016. Under the supervision of the Health & Wellness Director, the Senior Program Coordinator oversees the development and operation of the Active Older Adult programs and events. On land, Nadine is certified in Group Exercise, Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program Leader, (SilverSneakers™) SS Yoga, SS Classic, SS Circuit, SS CardioFit and SS Stability. In the water, she is certified as an AEA Aquatic Fitness Professional, Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program Leader and as a SilverSneaker™ Splash instructor. She regularly teaches a Senior Circuit class, is the resident A Matter of Balance class leader and is sometimes found dancing around the pool deck leading Arthritis Wet & Sweat.
